In the context of this document “Digibali” also means “Wiki Village” or “The Company”. By accessing Wiki Village you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions relating to Wiki Village and its associated websites. These terms are implemented to protect your interest as well as that of The Company.
Wiki Village, in this context known as the “master domain”, has currently 2 domains associated with it and they are referred to as the “associated domains”.

What are Wiki village and its associated domains?

Wiki Village and its associated domains are interactive websites that allows users to contribute related content to the websites for free. If payment was made to an “agent”, it would have been for a service rendered and not for the privilege of publishing content to Wiki Village. The rules for agents and what they may charge for services rendered are published under the heading “Wiki Village Agents”.

Purpose, mission and aim

The express purpose, mission and aim of this website are to provide South Africa and its touring visitors with precise information relating to business opportunities, activities or “things to do” as well as public places of interest such as landmarks, monuments and lookout points. Published information will be available via the websites, touch screens and mobile phones.
All posted content should aim to align with the purpose, mission and aim of this website.
All content will be monitored for quality purposes. Individuals abusing the system will or may be removed without prior warning. All registered users will be able to report inappropriate content.
A user maliciously reporting content that is appropriate as being inappropriate is not permissible. This act in itself will be regarded as posting abusive content and thereby it will be considered inappropriate. Posting abusive or inappropriate content can result in the suspension of the perpetrators’ account.

Publishing on Wiki Village

In the context of this website the publishing of any content is referred to as creating a standard “wiki” or “wikis” when expressed in the plural.
All posted content by registered users, also known as the “original publisher”, must be respected and be considered the intellectual property of such a publishing user. Wiki Village maintains and reserves the publishing rights of all content posted until it is requested to be removed by the original publisher.
Wiki Village also retains the rights to remove any content without prior warning if it is not deemed relevant to the purpose, mission and aim of this website.
Wiki Village retains the right to un publish posted content, edit posted content or even remove posted content if it is deemed not to be for the greater good and service to all users. Wiki village may take legal action to remove users from the website if it is thought to be inappropriate and not adhering to the policies of this website.
Wiki Village in no circumstance guarantee the accuracy or validity of content on wikis created by users. The company cannot be held liable for invalid content including all information on posted on wikis, events calendars or specials published on the website.

Paying for content

The use of Wiki Village is FREE in terms of publishing information relating to business opportunities, activities or “things to do” as well as public places of interest such as landmarks, monuments and lookout points.
Wiki Village may only levy fees on products that offer advanced functionality or services. For advanced functionalities and services users shall willingly subscribe to such services. None of these subscriptions for advanced functionalities and services are designed to have a negative or depreciation effect on the value of the standard wiki created by any user.
Such products include but are not limited to:

• Agents providing a service such copywriting, photography, videography, logo design and wiki design
• Convert wikis to websites which is also referred to as wiki2web.
• Hosting or storing and propagation of information for wiki2web subscribers
• Premium property portfolios for estate agents
• Rental of touch screens
• Dynamic and objective search related advertising on touch screens
• Banner advertising
• Selling of mobile phone SD memory cards infused with updateable Wiki Village content for offline access and navigation.
• Selling of downloadable online mobile apps for iPhone, Android, iPad and BlackBerry
• Licensing the use of the database for the benefit of leading GPS technology providers in South Africa

All monetary figures or sums quoted for advanced functionalities and services are inclusive of VAT charged at 14%.of the total amount paid.
If you have paid or been quoted on any amount less than a specified fee for a service rendered or an application purchased it would be as a result of a gratuity or discount coupon offered by Wiki Village representative.
Methods of payment are cash, online credit card payment, bank transfer or EFT, cash on delivery (C.O.D), or debit order via www.netcash.co.za .
All monetary figures quoted refer to the amount in rand representing valid South African currency. Any foreign currency received must be equal to or more than its value in rand.
The current fee for products offered may change without prior notice or warning. If you own a current paid subscription a price hike will not affect your account for the duration of your current subscription on condition that the subscription is not in arrears.
If a current subscription falls into arrears and is suspended and subsequently reinstated by means of the required payment received, the current fee may take affect and discount or gratuity vouchers may no longer be valid.

Suspension of for advanced functionalities and services

Wiki Village operates on a fully automated system. It receives payment, auto-generates invoices, sends notifications and suspends unpaid advanced functionalities subscriptions automatically. Behind the system are real people who care about your online presence. If you are experiencing financial difficulty kindly contact Wiki Village immediately after you have received your automated suspension message. In most cases we can assist.
5 days prior to the expiration date of your monthly, multiple monthly, yearly, two year or three year subscription you will receive a notification via e-mail that your new subscription is due.
After the actual expiry date the automated system will keep your subscription live for another 5 days after which it will expire and go offline.

Liability

Wiki Village cannot be held responsible for any losses, financially or otherwise, arising from the website being offline for any period of time.
The website may be removed from the Internet (World Wide Web) without reason or prior notice. Although it is not in the interest of Wiki Village to do so it reserves the right to take this action for reasons unforeseen or unexpected matters arising that renders the action of removal out of or beyond the owners’ control.
